Your visit to or purchase of Products offered on the website www.nuba.world is subject to these General Terms which you automatically accept.

 
PAYMENTS
All orders are payable in Pounds and must be settled prior to shipment. Payments can be made by Apple Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the Website.
 
SHIPPING
Nuba offers delivery subject to your jurisdiction. Delivery dates are subject to the window of made-to-order deliveries as products are not purchased from existing stock. All orders are produced at the request of the customer. By accepting these terms, you agree that the delivery of your order can be fulfilled by the fixed date stated in the Made-to-Order release communications and order confirmation. In general, these windows can be  between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on various factors.
 
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm BST/GMT. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requirements, our team will be happy to assist you at care@nuba.world.
 
TAXES
Prices are expressed in Pounds, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. Orders outside Britain are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs.
 
RETURNS
We gladly accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (bags, wrappings, tags etc.). Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days from the arrival date. Please note all return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. In order to start the exchange or refund process, our team will be happy to assist you at sales@nuba.world.
